Let’s run or walk (5k) on the 45th latitude!

Runners and walkers of all abilities and ages are encouraged to join in – there’s no entry fee and donations will help North Country Hospital get a step closer to purchasing the latest technology for Mammography.

We’ll supply bibs and some other cool treats!

This incredibly scenic and flat 5k (3.2 mile) course begins at the intersections of Eagle Point and the North Derby Road and heads west towards Lake Memphremagog and the Wildlife Preserve along Vermont’s 45th latitude and returns!

The 45th Latitude:
You’ll be running on the 45th Latitude – how cool is that – it’s halfway to the equator and the North Pole – crossing through cities like Deer Island, New Brunswick, Kazakhstan, Xinjiang China, Rgoovi Italy and on and on around the globe.
